Waitress was so rude. Didn?t check in on table of 7 but once. Entire table paid separate. One person did not tip because she... screwed up both items ordered. Waitress Pointed out who didn?t tip and asked if it was a mistake. Then said ?thanks to everyonethat did tip? and walked away. Everyone at the table was shocked. Won't lie their late night appetizer menu is definitely not as big as it used to be. Got two 5 dollar mixed drinks, portionage... is definitely great for those. The wings aren't the best but it's Applebee's so I would hope most people know what they'regetting when they go in. Got the macaroni with honey chicken and it definitely wasn't GREAT, but edible. Overall would sayApplebee's kind of fell off in recent years as a chain. Read more
Two families went in for dinner. NOT A BUSY DAY and our order took a very long time. The server was ok but disappeared after... bringing our food and drinks - which brings me to the drinks review = horrible. Bartender obviously very miserable and lackedthe necessary skills or desire to make the drinks correctly. We waited a long time to get our bill considering the serverghosted us. I worked at Applebees a long time ago and I remember how hard we had to work to make the customer happy. It seems asif that has now been forgotten. My son and myself went there for lunch on December 20th 2021. It was around 1:00 p.m. and there was only about six other... customers in the whole restaurant. The hostess and our server, both ladies, we're very pleasant but I did not catch theirnames. The food was good, hot, fresh. I'm just disappointed in the lack of items or choices on the menu. This is right off an exit on top of a hill so egressing from I-84 is very easy and painless. Stopped here the other night after... getting home late and had some 0.25 cent wings! It was late and the place was pretty quiet. Bartender was my server. She wasefficient. For the most part the boneless wings were done right with the exception of two huge pieces that looked almost burnedand the celery was so stringy to the likes I have never seen! Hence the four stars. We had a nice waiter but we had to wait 10 minutes for silverware and salt and pepper.. Then we ask for steak sauce , to another... waiter, and he also took 10 minutes to bring it. I don't think we will be going back there again even though the food is goodthe service was absolutely terrible we only tipped $11 on a 80 something dollar bill. Read more
