Made a review when they first opened, they were okay up until now, this is twice now that I order for delivery and they tell me... ?they don?t do deliveries because there are no drivers because they go home early? I worked dominos before in mahopac and theyalways had at least 2 drivers until they closed and they don?t put on the app that they aren?t doing deliveries and they?vedone that before. If I could leave negative stars, I would. They took forever to deliver my order and the ETA just kept getting later and later.... When I called to inquire, they were not helpful AT all!! If you want pizza delivered promptly, never order from here!!!! Read more
Ordered a contactless delivery. It was for 3 pies. All 3 pizzas where cold. The driver would not leave the property until I... signed the receipt so it was not contactless like I stated. When I called the kid told me there is nothing he can do since themanager wasn't there for a few. He said how can I make this right and I proceeded to tell him bring me 3 new pies and takethese. I cross the state line because usually this location makes amazing pizza however last night was a complete fail. The pizza was... hot but that's it. The beef had crushed bone in it - we found at least 4 pieces, also they used the stem of the green pepper! Astem is woody and inedible, so is bone! Great!. Excellent cheesy bread. They spread cheese evenly. Even in very ends. I always look for that. And if you ask for any... changes. They are will to oblige. With no problems. I?ve given this locations few chances. Once the pizza came as though it was crushed. Another time it took close to 2 hours for... our food. And now this time the food was supposed to come with 2 dipping sauce of blue cheese and nothing. So when they screwedup the delivery I was sent a coupon for a free pizza or points so I went to use that coupon today and lo and behold it wasexpired. So I just called the location and was asked to please hold, which I did and 5 minutes later no one came back to thephone. NEVER AGAIN!!! Read more
The good news is that the delivery arrived exactly at the time i requested it to arrive, and the pizza was okay. However, as... soon as I opened the "mild" wings, my eyes smarted. The wings were hot and spicy. I immediately called to complain and theyagreed to send a replacement. But the replacement was also too spicy to eat. I had to run them in cold water to get the hotsauce off them and they were barely edible. Then we were eating our spinach-feta cheese bread and my wife said where's thespinach? She was right, no spinach and cheddar cheese instead of feta. I didn't call for a replacement on that. The cheese breadwas good but not what we ordered. They need to pay attention to the accuracy of their orders, and ensure that their "mild" wingsare not slathered in hot sauce. Read more
I absolutely hate the automated call service. You can?t get hold of anyone live on the phone. It just repeats itself over and... over. Delivery service from this location has definitely gotten worse over time. I think, I?m done ordering from here. Going togive my business to local Pizza shops from now on. Read more
