I rarely write reviews but this deserved it. My first time here and it's not my local DD (I'm in Danbury) but I must commend the... customer service from "NILSA". She was fantastic. Not only to me, but as I sat drinking my coffee, I watched NILSA greet everysingle customer with a friendly smile & hello. She even knew most customer's names. I have never experienced this service atANY other DD location around the country and I travel alot! Nilsa's customer service needed to be recognized and should berewarded. I thanked her on my way out as well...Just because of her, I'll drive a little more out of my way and be back! BRAVO,NILSA....Keep up your kind service.. ???? Read more
The cashier doesn't listen. I asked for latte, received regular coffee instead of latte. I found out about it when I was too far... from this place. Also, she forgot to give me my coffee roll, I had to remind her about it. I will never come back to this place.It happened before, and it was a last chance.
