I rarely write reviews but this deserved it. My first time here and it's not my local DD (I'm in Danbury) but I must commend the... customer service from "NILSA". She was fantastic. Not only to me, but as I sat drinking my coffee, I watched NILSA greet everysingle customer with a friendly smile & hello. She even knew most customer's names. I have never experienced this service atANY other DD location around the country and I travel alot! Nilsa's customer service needed to be recognized and should berewarded. The cashier doesn't listen. I asked for latte, received regular coffee instead of latte. I found out about it when I was too far... from this place. Also, she forgot to give me my coffee roll, I had to remind her about it. I will never come back to this place.It happened before, and it was a last chance. This is a great Dunkin location, it is kept clean and runs smoothly even during busy times, and staff are attentive. Mobile... pickup is always ready on time. I will pass other Dunkins on my way into work but wait to go to this one, because I know mydrink will come out good consistently. Read more
I've been going to this particular Dunkin for the past couple of weeks, it's in a more direct line of my morning commute. I've... used the mobile app to order the new Winter Blend coffee and at least twice I've been given the flavorless original blendcoffee. Also, twice I was given cups with the rim flattened so the lid pops right off. The second time this happened, hot coffeesoaked my hand and the entire center console of my car. Ok nline order took 25 minutes for a bagel and coffee. 15 of those minutes of that time I had to wait and watch people who... didn't order before me get their orders. Wouldn't care but I was only person of 20 wearing a mask including employees. Will notgo back Read more
