I don't think there is a worse McDonald's on this planet. Everytime I go there they don't give me all the food of a single meal... I order. It's robbery. And the inside is dirty and the employees act like they're dead. There's no life in there. Read more
Awful McDonald?s. Quite possibly the worst one I?ve ever been to. Constantly missing items from my order, or not getting my... order entirely after paying and told to wait. It?s slow, the workers are constantly complaining that they want to quit-to thecustomers mind you, and management seems lackluster or even worse, nonexistent. The food doesn?t even taste right when it comesout half the time. It?s hit or miss if you?re getting leftover fries from a day ago or fresh fries. Here?s an experiment foryou, order a burger from Brewton, then order a burger from any other McDonald?s and I can almost guarantee the burger fromBrewton doesn?t taste right. Had a large sized order and had to pull up and wait but food was hot and fresh.
Absolutely terrible. The fries were barely warm and the bread on the double cheeseburgers was soggy. If I had not been in such a... hurry, I would have taken it back. Instead, my mom and I just put it in the trash. We will not be stopping here and our nextdrive to Brewton. Read more
I would give this restaurant no stars if it was possible. I went in the drive thru to order and the woman couldn?t hear me so... she started talking under her breathe mad and I brushed it off because working in fast food myself I understood. She snatched mycard out my hand when I went to pay. I asked for a burger no onion, pickle, mustard, add lettuce, tomatoe and ketchup. She rungme up for ONLY pickles, ketchup and mayonnaise?? That?s not even near what I got. So I had to go back in and tell them, the ladythat was behind the register made a smart comment about having to get them to remake the food while she looked like and actedlike she was messed up on something. I could clearly see through the back while waiting in my remake that the people wasn?twearing gloves and sat there scratching their heads & bottom before/after touching the food. I got the remake back and it wasSTILL WRONG. It had lettuce, tomatoes, and way too much mayonnaise that I didn?t even order! After what I saw and how I wastreated I just threw it all away and went home. Not to mention I don?t know what you age rules are but that kid couldn?t be over11 that was bagging orders. Coming from a manager there should have been a manager on this shift besides all these kids runningaround the store on their phone in the back and doing what they were doing. Went through drive through. Lucky we check our orders before we drive out. Ordered double cheeseburger, was given a single.... Plus, my 5 yr old grandchild could have wrapped these burgers better. VERY sloppy handling. Did go inside and got our orderstraightened out without any problem. They are usually good, but must have new staff. Read more
This morning when I was on my way to dialysis, I stopped in to get a breakfast sandwich and a small coffee. Normally this is a... very easy and fast order. Not today, I used my mobile app to make it even easier. My order was not correct, plus the coffeeserved to me was totally horrible. The orders are easy, the people making them are purposely messing up. This is not the onlytime. God bless them. Pray for your enemies that despitefully use you. NOT AGAIN. Read more
