We were visiting some friends in Briarcliff manor and decided to stop at Carvel in 1874 Pleasantville rd, Briarcliff manor, what... a disappointment, the cashier had a horrible and racist customer service.. I will not recommend this place to anyone.. the girlname on receipt Livia was so racist and unwilling to do anything.. This place truly sucks I asked for a sundae dasher but not once twice they gave me the wrong thing and already made it I spoke... up and apparently she could not hear me pleseant ville carvel is 10x better go to the pleaseant ville one not this one! Read more

As I entered the store, the old man greeted us with a paper towel in his hand. I reluctantly ordered ice cream. My daughter... ordered a milkshake, the milk spilled over on cup and disgustingly he used to same paper towel he was seen wiping his handsearlier to wipe off the cup. Very nasty and unsanitary. Department of health needs to pay him a visit. Read more
This Carvel location is walking distance from where I live. On a few occasions, the listing says closing is at 10, and they were... cleaned up and closed before that. Because we decided to get ice cream tonight, my husband got there 20 minutes before closing,and the ?closed? sign was already up, and the young person in the store, had cleaned up. This has happened on more than oneoccasion. We have also had situations where the person behind the counter, was not too nice. Now that I read the one inPleasantville is less expensive, I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately it?s further away, but hopefully they will beopen until the posted time, and be more polite. Read more
Don't trust this store. I ordered a $40 order on GrubHub to only get 1 single scoop ice cream delivered. No emails, text or call... was made. When I called Carvel they worker said they " updated the app with the new items out of stock with grub hub so youwon't be charged" LIES!! I was charged my full $40 order and a $6.99 delivery charge for a single scoop of ice cream!!! If youcan't complete more than 2/3 of a big order don't take the order do the right thing you wasted my time And the poor deliverydriver who now lost the money he was going to make because GrubHub is going to take it from somebody and I bet it's not you guys Read more
