sooooo ran to @Starbucks before I got to work to grab a coffee so I can wake up and study at work and home. I ordered a tall... white chocolate mocah with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink the server asked if I would like whipped cream, and I answered yes. I was handed my drink and I walked to my car to get to work. While walking I noticed the drink seemed a little light but Ididn?t have time to turn back and inspect the drink because I was running Late. I got to work placed the drink at my station soit could cool off. I took one sip to make sure the temperature was correct. And I noticed the drink still felt light. I openedthe lid only to see that I had half of a drink in my cup. Now I didn?t drink more than the sip so I know I was only served ahalf a cup of coffee. so this location served me a half-a-cup of coffee with a half-a-cup of whipped cream. I am truly disgustedand disappointed. I used my Starbucks points, which I would like back on top of a new cup of coffee. How can we fix this ? Read more

Awful experience. They forgot my order and wouldn't have known unless I asked and then had an attitude about it.

Friendly staff, sample fall drinks. Service was fast. Store clean. Delicious egg bacon sandwich

Omg - one star is too much. I understand that they are dealing with staffing issues but people should be trained before making... drinks. I went in at 4:00 (not a busy time). I waited 20 minutes for a frozen drink and then was given cup of what looked likeice milk. I had to throw it out. Read more

Convenient location, however they seem understaffed, bathrooms we're missing toilet paper & handsoap. The staff there were great... but seemed to be working way too hard-only 3 baristas seemed to be on hand. Also, too few customers were masked up for mypreference-but if you don't care, you'll be fine! Read more

Order on the app or in person, you still will get the same lazy service. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this takes the... cake for worst one. Try to avoid, drive the extra couple of miles and go to another location. You will maybe get greeted as youwalk in and that?s where it ends. People taking orders stand there bothered you showed up as the barista is building up a sweattrying to get orders filled . Read more
