This review only applies to this location. Pros: food is always good. Cons: They have been consistently messing up our order... in drive through. No exaggeration, we have experienced some type of error in 5 out of our last 6 orders at this location. I knowit's busy, but so is every other chick-fil-a we go to, and yet, they always get our order right. I'm at the point where I don'tleave without checking the order. Tonight they forget the chicken nuggets for my son. I pointed it out to the woman at thewindow, and her response was "are you sure it's not in the bag"? I literally emptied my bag on my dashboard describing eachitem as I pulled it out. Then showed her the bottom of my bag. Only then did she give me the missing item that I paidfor. Though the line was enormous, the team kept everything moving quickly. Very, very organized. The food was not great. Soggy... sandwiches that cost $40. I've had better at other locations. But these folks were working hard I can't say enough about that! Read more
The chicken meat in the sandwich is very soft (not dry). Waffle fries is not crispy this time. Tried the grill chicken nuggets... for the first time. It is only good when it is hot. The taste degrades fast after it gets cold. Read more
This place is extremely popular! The food is made fresh. The fries are waffle cut and are delicious! It's so popular that they... have cones outside for the extremely long lines and there are people standing outside to take your order. They were veryfriendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I wouldn?t eat here. I?m a former worker and I only lasted about 2 weeks. They let their breakfast food go 20 minutes expired... and still serve it to the customers. I also witnessed a lot of cross contamination of food. After I expressed my concerns theydidn?t like it very well and made me out to be the problem. I could not stay after seeing them ignore safe food practices aftercoming from a store in Charleston which I managed. I even reached out to the owner after I quit and he just thanked me for myfeedback. Read more
