wish i could give this place a ZERO star if i could. not only did my order take over an hour to get to me... i live down the... road. i tracked my driver and he was sitting by the water IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! i then called the store because it shouldhave only taken 15 minutes at most considering im 8 minutes away. the rudest girl answered the phone and was beyond angry."theres nothing i can do about how fast he drive" it took 50 minutes. do better. i just spent 30 dollars. beyond angry is anunderstatement. Do not EVER order from this location. While no one has been rude, every single time I've ordered from them to be delivered it... says 20-30 min and has taken an HOUR AND A HALF or more (no exaggeration) and then the pizza comes cold. It's absolutely notworth it. I keep thinking it will get better and giving this location another chance, but never again. Do the right thing andpick anywhere else to get food. Read more

Used to order here all the time and it was good, accurate, and on time. Now, it's always over and hour (or more) for the food to... be delivered, if it can be delivered at all, as they appear to be so woefully understaffed, they can't even answer phone callsabout the late orders. Domino's would do better to shut down the location and move on given how poorly managed this one is. Read more

I feel absolutely awful doing this because apparently the "manager" was the delivery driver. While he was super sweet and I... could only sympathize with his physical condition, woman on the phone explained how he went out with six orders and if I wantedto cancel I would have to tell him since he was the manager (how could I possibly do that given the comment I made above?), thepizza was under cooked, late by an hour, and all the "extra cheese and pepperoni" was on one side. HOPEFULLY we won't haveanother complaint in the morning. The photo I'm posting is of what I saved my kids from eating all in one bite. You'll get theidea. Read more

Just Horrible service, I ordered 4 pizzas at 7:36 pm and I had to called 2 times, at 8:46 and again at 9:42, because the first... time I call the girl says 10 min. Pizza is on the way, but really the driver arrived at 10:27, almost 3hrs. Later, Pizzas wascold and my kids on bed sleeping , JUST HORRIBLE Read more

Not your typical domino's experience. First off, I get it...it's domino's. But although I do not expect the best pizza ever,... I'd at least like consistency and timely service. I'd also expect to get my pizza and sandwiches cut prior to arriving. Oh, andI'd expect to actually get what I ordered. Well, curb your expectations if you order from this one in Bick. We have tried wellover 5x in the past few months to give this place a chance. Nope. Literally every darn time, something if not multiple thingsare very wrong. Well today was the last straw when they delivered this. (See pic) this was a cheesesteak. It was LITERALLY burntto a crisp, I mean straight charred. On top of this, one of my pies was supposed to be lite cheese, extra sauce. Nope, extracheese no sauce. This is not uncommon. The order was also 1 hour past original estimation. It took 2 hours and 7 minutes. I live3 min away. I'd gladly come pick it up after an hour but we can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Food arrived cold and barelyedible. Tried calling back to ask if they could remake and I'd gladly come pick it up. Gave that idea up after an 20 min onhold. Anyway, nice girl came to door and apologized for being late as she was the only one working on a Sunday night inNovember. I'd assume this is a product of a poorly managed business and I hope the owners can get thier act together. Can'tbelieve they have the audacity to actually check a box in the app that says "checking for accuracy"...the quality control islaughable. We're done. i ordered a pizza today only because it was a free restitution pizza given because the last time the order took too... long to arrive and was cold. This time the order came in 51 minutes, but it was incorrect. I clearly ordered topping of halfsausage and half beef, and I received a pie with both pepperoni and one of the above (I think it was beef) on one half, andplain on the other. Time to cut my losses and support my local businesses. I do not want points nor have to go throughanother order & delivery process again. Read more
