got the cactus plant flea market happymeal, i could feel that it was grimace so i asked if they could give me a different one.... They stared at me for 2 minutes and rudely told me no, even though minutes before they let a man trade his. in addition, ialmost slipped 3 times near the fountain drinks, and they had no wet floor sign and could care less. very stank workers inbrick, i just wanted cactus buddy. :( Read more
this place is truly horrible this is the only mcdonald?s that has a long line all day because of the lazy slow workers, they... work extremely slow and will have u wait for them to cook food and serve u the old food it?s amazes me that they?ll literallyhand me cold food like i?m supposed to eat it and not say something to them then one of the girls is literally taking orders andeating while serving customers in the drive thru line get rid of these people and get some better workers who don?t serve peoplecold food Read more
Was there today to get my boys a late lunch early dinner. Orders fries cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. It took 35 minutes to get a 6pc nugget happy meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal to be brought to the table. I had to get up... away from the table to see what was going on. Everyone ignored me at the waiting counter didn't ask if was waiting on anything Ineeded help with. Finally when I got someones attention they couldn't figure out what happen. They eventually got me my food.But didn't give me a toy in my happy meal. I won't be going back to this McDonalds! Read more
More recently they have been messing up on my orders. But they will fix the problem (most times w/o making the situation worse)... Food is usually good. sometimes the fries seem like they've been sitting out all day but otherwise food is good. Read more
I wish I could rate this a zero sadly I cannot.. Me and my girlfriends did NOT get our drink cups, I got the wrong french fry,... when I was explaining the situation they asked me ?If I was sure? that I didn?t get the right food when they even read me myorder back I thought the golden rule was the customers always right, clearly that doesn?t apply here. My girlfriend did NOT GETHER ENTIRE MEAL. The workers looked like they did not know what they were doing, they were going to make me pay for the food Ialready payed for, they gave my girlfriend the wrong sandwich.
