I want to commend you on the wonderful customer service from our server Joe and 2 managers Fran and Amanda. My steak didn?t come... out as ordered and Joe had no problem taking it back for another. He was so pleasant and helpful. Fran came back to check thatwe got the correct steak and she was a delight! Amanda came to help with a problem gift card we had and she happily figured itout for us. We eat here fairly regularly but tonight was outstanding. The blooming shrimp was fantastic. We had a problem with our order... and it was resolved immediately. They replaced our meals. Our server, Sophia V, was quick, attentive and very friendly. Stuffhappens but Sophia and Outback made it right. Great evening. Read more
If you like subpar fast food with tons of grease and not much flavor then this is a place for you. Unfortunately I would have to... admit this place was overly greased with unnecessary butter or something. I'm sure if you eat a full meal here you'll be on thetoilet shortly in the future. Be sure to bring your air freshener before you leave that bathroom for the next guest. Irecommend a slightly higher upscale steakhouse for the same price. Definitely not worth the cost, it's like Applebee's orFridays comparison. But definitely is not like the image I have attached that we are used to, a real steakhouse. Read more
Waited around 1.5 hours for our entree, was told it was ?busy? however all the tables that came after us got their food. One... table even got their check and left before we got our meals. Once the meals arrived we where just fed up and wanted to leavebecause the steaks where ordered medium rare and this is what we got. We had a wonderful dinner at Outback Steakhouse on a Thursday night. My wife was upset when someone who came in after us got a... table before us. I think this hearkens back to her childhood when her sister would get the best cut of steak and she was leftonly with Hamburger Helper. We were served by Skyler with an e. She was totally awesome. We came to outback steakhouse in brick randomly while driving around looking for a place to eat and were pleasantly surprised by... how amazing the people are in this location. Our waitress Abby was on point with all her recommendations, she was so nice andthe food was delicious. I can't say enough good things. She made Valentine's day special, Abby deserves a serious raise! Read more
excited and hungry until i got home with my order. Very disappointed missing good, no side condiments we paid extra for as well... as a burger that looked like this. supposed to be medium but looked like a well done burger not to mention the abs emcee of allthe toppings, lettuce, onions etc. but look at there version of the tomato. it was literally like jelly. don?t know how theycan call this food. everyone?s side dishes were thrown together we had to find our sides nothing was with the proper meal. very disappointed and scared after i see what they are serving. do it gets better. i get the arrogant manager on the phone andhe addresses me with i?ll give you a 20$ gift card. i did that doesn?t even cover my missing food. then he says i?m quite busyand can i hurry up. that was it i?m done with this place. never again. Had a phenomenal experience today! My family was greeted at the door with great smiles. Service was excellent! Food was hot. Had... the prime rib seasoned and seared with garlic butter topping. Tried the new Brussels sprouts and strawberry salad. My mom hadthe rib eye that she loves with the mixed vegetables and baked potato with sour cream and butter. What a great meal. Took adessert home like the server suggested. The famous cheesecake and carrot cake. My family had an amazing experience. Willdefinitely be back!!! Read more
