If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Placed an order around 7:30. Around 8:30 i get a text from doordash saying "it's on... its way" - I call the store to find out and it turns out that instead of staffing their store with enough drivers, theysubcontract Doordash to complete their orders. When I placed the order, I put a 0 dollar tip to put on my card, as I prefer totip drivers in cash so the store doesn't get a piece. I called the store around 8:30 and the person who answered the phone waspleasant but the manager who got on the phone couldn't have been less professional. I requested a refund because there was no"dasher" available. I did not consent to have doordash deliver my food, nor did I want that at all. When I get a manager, theyanswered the phone with an attitude and said verbatim "Your entire order including your 0 dollar tip has been refunded" This isentirely unacceptable as I fully intended to tip the driver in cash. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I recommendto anyone to avoid at all costs. Plenty of decent pizza in the area. Read more
Pizza was dry, hardly any sauce. A few pieces of Pineapple, Ham was in a clump on one piece and it was stiff like cardboard! I... do not recommend thin crust ANYTHING from this place. Read more
Not the best pizza place in town but definitely one of the fastest when life takes you by surprise go to Pizza Hut!!! Employees... are amazing and the customer service is definitely at 100%!!! Not a big fan of the new calling system just go there in person!!Still really fast for going there in person and being last minute!!! Read more
Nice Pizza Hut. Definitely feels like the old pizza huts you?d go to after a baseball game or with a huge group of friends. I... mean everyone knows Pizza Hut is the worst for you but man it is the best to have on a cheat day. I give this Pizza Hut awonderful 5 stars out of 5 stars. Will chow down again here. Read more
Ordered 11/12/2021 order placed at 9:19pm. Waited for over 1hr and a half for our order. I had to call the store several times,... kept saying either the store is already closed, constantly hanging up on me, apparently I?ve reached the ?customer service?which does not sound like it at all because they kept passing the phone to another person. Finally, after 10+ calls, someonehelped me and gave me the 1-800 number for the real customer service so I could finally cancel my order and get my money back.Few minutes later our order arrived. Driver LEANED ON the pizza to ring the bell and ran away (caught on security cam). Iwould?ve understood if someone called to inform me the store was already closed or they could?ve just cancelled the orderautomatically. Haven't eaten here in a decade, but became curious again. Ordered a medium with spinach, meatball, and sausage for takeout... online. They called immediately that spinach wasn't available and asked for a substitution. I took pepperoni. It was ready inabout 11 minutes. Crust was firm but not dense. Ingredients were tasty. Pizza was inexpensive. In and out easy. I'm prettysurprised, because I didn't expect much, but I'll come back again for sure. Read more
We go occasionally, the place is always quiet (I guess people mostly take out now) and the waitress is very nice. The dining... area hasn?t changed much over the years. Last time we went we tried the gluten-free pizza since we aren?t big on glutenanymore. They put crust topping on once they knew we weren?t ordering it for allergy concerns. It came out in its own box at10 inches. It was delicious! I would have devoured the whole thing on my own except the rest of my party wanted to eat it too. It?s pricer but we felt it was worth it. Next time instead of the regular thin crust we normally order, we will get this! Read more
I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. No extra sauce was added. They barely add any sauce only some near the crust. If I wanted to... eat cheesy bread sticks I would have ordered them. I won't be returning here again. They just don't listen. Read more
