Holy Molly! Y'all don't skip this place!! I got the stuffed mushrooms and the chicken, bacon, ranch personal pizza. (8in") I... have half to go home with and they give a military discount! We were first time customers and got a $5 off coupon for out nexttime in! The staff was so welcoming and friendly! The food was ABSOLUTELY superb.The pizzas can be customized half and half! This was our second trip to Brick Oven Pizza Co. I have never been to an establishment where managers stand around for 15+ plus... talking with one particular man and kids at the bar, while others speak to other families at front register. While their waitstaff is stressing and doing the best they can. We waited over an hour for a medium pizza! Another table next to us waited evenlonger, a pizza and entree was completed not brought to their table. Such good food but the management needs to get a grip. Behelping not chatting it up constantly the whole time. We spoke to our waitress about it. States another table that seen it allhappening did not tip also. But she also was talking it up and disappeared for 15 minutes and not being attentive to hercustomers. We watched as multiple people put their glasses to the end of their tables for refills and walked up to the counterfor to go boxes. I always have a bad experience at the bridge city location. Hi I work 2 jobs one full time about 50 hours a week and I dash... about 20 to 25 hours a week. When doing door dash Brick oven is terrible. The don't even start the order until I arrive and takeupwards of 30 minutes, making the customer mad who placed the order ahead and myself who gets to lose out on money in order towait. The staff don't seem to ever check the door dash tablet, and give me the same story every time. It was amazing! From the moment we walked in until we left! Hanna was our server, and she was more than helpful through out or... visit and prepared us to go drinks without us even asking! She even offered us a little bit of much needed spiritual info. Thefood was awesome! We were in and out, the parking was right in front of the restaurant, we could see our car from our table.Restaurant, eating area and kitchen area was very clean, as well as the bathroom area. Ate here for the first time and we will definitely be back. For starters we had the pizza sticks and they were amazing. My... husband ordered the meatball sub. My kid and I got a regular pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious. Our server, Taylor, wasvery attentive and funny. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. Best pizza around!!!! Read more
