I only get a hr for lunch. Every time I go here and pull up to the drive thru they will sir and stare at you. Then tell you oh... drive thru is closed. You walk in and will stand there for 30 mins to just finally get them to start taking your order. Yallneed to get with your program are get out. Read more
I go in and order one footlong spicy Italian with 2 scoops on teriyaki chicken, 1 sprite, 1 bag of chips, and 6 cookies for... $16.50. Today I go in and order the same thing and it came out to $26.30. So I had to get rid of the cookies and 1 scoop ofchicken and it came out to $18.13. This is the last time I will be going to Subway because something doesn't add up. Example ofeither bad math or theft right in front of me. This all happened in the span of 3 days. Read more
My son ordered a 12" meatball sub and could not eat all of it. He gave the rest to me, I picked up the first meatball and it... tasted like baby food and pureed instantly. Probably the worst meatball ever. Read more
Worst customer service i have ever experienced at subway. I live in bridge city but will now be driving to orange or port neches... for subway because this one is a waste of time. 9 times out of 10 they are out of what you want and like i said the service washorrible. Read more
