Don?t even get me started on these gen z employees?. So lazy and incompetent. I just want a hot latte and they make it look like... brain surgery. Tried converting an iced latte into a hot one which I refused, and they just did it anyway. Horrible businesspractices and lazy staff. I couldn?t hear what she said when she was telling the price. She also gave me an extra dollar inchange, but that?s the fee for lousy service. God forbid the cashier extends her arm all the way to hand me my change so Idon?t have to bend over the counter, and god forbid they say what drink they?re actually putting on the counter.
