Don?t even get me started on these gen z employees?. So lazy and incompetent. I just want a hot latte and they make it look like... brain surgery. Tried converting an iced latte into a hot one which I refused, and they just did it anyway. Horrible businesspractices and lazy staff. I couldn?t hear what she said when she was telling the price. She also gave me an extra dollar inchange, but that?s the fee for lousy service. God forbid the cashier extends her arm all the way to hand me my change so Idon?t have to bend over the counter, and god forbid they say what drink they?re actually putting on the counter. I usually enjoy Dunkin Donuts coffee and food but this particular location is incredibly dirty. There was trash and bugs... absolutely everywhere. The worker was eating while she took my order and while she prepared my coffee. She came off quite rudeand annoyed that I was there. This was not during a high-traffic time of day when you might expect they would be busy and notable to keep up with cleaning. I would not recommend anyone visit this store. Read more

Not allowed to use the restroom as a customer? excuse given: ?for the safety of us employees.? Absolutely retarded. Show me the... company policy stating such. Piece of paper with hand writing stating employees only but I used that restroom with the same twoemployees working two days ago. I rarely go to Dunkin since this is the only official one in the area (there are ?Dunkin locations? in a few Speedway Gas... Stations around but I prefer to go to the regular locations). I?ve been in this location a few times before and I truly think itcould use a little love. I don?t think it?s the employees fault, it just feels sorta dark inside. Anyway, I randomly decided togo today. I parked my car and mobile orderd a hot chocolate and the 10 count for $2 munchkin deal. I sat in my car for a littleover 5 mins and walked inside. This girl worked had to be in high school or something. She looked to be the only one working.She also had a line of 3 people waiting in front of her. I waited at the pick up station, probably no more than 5-7 mins. Butunlike most people who are out here I was in no rush. I watched her help the first two people in line then quickly start myorder. She walks over to me, hands me my hot chocolate and munchkins and says ?I have you 2 extra ones for the delay.? I waslike ?wow thank you! It?s no worries, I?m in no rush.? I honestly think she looked relieved, smiled and said ?have a good day.?I said ?thank you, you too,? and walked away. I?m definitely more of a Starbucks kind of person... but honestly getting 2 extramunchkins really made my day. Thank you to the girl working today!
