Terrible service, overpriced for mediocre food My kids love this place, but I don't see why the food is just ok nothing special... for the price........ I am done with this place after today I took my son there so could have lunch together the casher was veryconfusing and rude....... she kept calling my son a girl maybe it because he had a mask on so I will give her a pass butcharging me $19 for my sons pick to meal, and not clearly expressing to me why made me not even want to order lunch for myselfor even want to be there anymore but the line was huge, and she wasn't making sense I didn't want to hold up the line. you Ijust paid asked for the food to go and left. Could be better in that layout has one walking the length of the long narrow store and staff seems "disconnected" from their... customers. They seem so locked into some policy which makes getting payment the most important aspect of your visit as opposedto customer satisfaction. Read more
Panera always has a great variety of excellent menu selections. The service is terrific, prompt and attentive. Plenty of... comfortable seating at all times make visits a pleasure. Everything is clean and accommodating, from the free water cups to thewell maintained restroom. They really know what keeps people coming back for more... And they have Great bread too! Read more
