Great food! We got the bbq pork sandwich w/chips. It was huge. Loaded tots had a delicious homemade cheese sauce. The ribs were... so tender the meat just pulled right off the bone. Tasty surprise in this little town. Read more

amazing! We tried the Pretzel w/beer cheese and burgers. The burger was one of the best I have ever had. And that is saying... something. They welcomed us in, and treated us great. We were only in town for a short while but will stop in each time we visitto grab one of those burgers! Read more
We were passing through and my partner looked up the best place to eat and Growler?s was at the top! We walked in, and it was... nothing short of exceptional. The staff were so friendly, the food was INCREDIBLE, and the patrons were lovely as well. We wishwe had more time to spend at Growler?s and definitely would go back! Read more

Amazing food and even more amazing people! We stopped here on our Sunday drive from Yosemite to Tahoe. They had just closed for... the day; however, it did not stop them from allowing us to order dinner. While we joked that the chicken was "passable", thereality was that it belonged more in a category of "incredible". Definitely would recommend / order again! Read more

Ordered the tritip bbq mostly because it was about the only thing they weren?t out of, and a beef taco. This cost $35 and got us... a styrofoam box with a plastic fork. The food was tolerable but I?d have done about as well to get a can of stew at the gasstation and nuke it at the motel. Wouldn?t eat here again. Nice people, though. Read more
