I waited 45 minutes to 1 hour for this establishment to deliver a burnt pepper pizza to me. When I call to speak to the manager... he offered to resend out the order. Only to resend out the same burnt pizza twice. I was very upset and unhappy considering Ihaven?t all day and was looking forward to dinner. I was craving some crossroads I haven?t had in a while and I just remembered why I stopped ordering here. The menu, prices, and... service constantly getting worse and worse. The people answering phones never have a clue what?s going on or what they offer.Not worth the time & money for the headache. Better wings & burgers all over Main Street. And pizza has actual sauce on it. Thisplace serves uncooked cheese bread called pizza. They keep upping the price because of losing customers I?m sure. You want nicequick food places close to where you live. I don?t want to always drive far to spend my money comfortably. Read more
There food is ok at best. Pizza and calzones are extremely greasy. I always call in my order, and the girl who picks up acts... like she's doing me the favor by taking my order. I called at 10:20 (they close at 11) and was told there not taking anymoreorders, after being placed on hold for 5min. Everytime I go to pick up my food, they girl who takes the orders spends the entiretime on her phone while taking orders in between. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as customer service anymore. I never have a problem with the pizza. This is my second time trying the wings because the first time they were a disappointment... as well. I told the girl extra well done because I usually get disgusted when I see the chicken pink inside I only usually trustBuffalo wild wings never have this issue with their wings. I have had Crossroads pizza for years as I?ve grown up in Bridgeport. In the recent years it?s been disappointing as the... customer service sucks! Anytime I?ve called to order food (the Main Street restaurant), the person taking the order always hasan attitude or is short. At first, I thought it was just the young girls they have answering the calls but it?s been otherpeople as well. They don?t have manners and talk like you?re bothering them when they?re the ones working there. I?ve even dealtwith bad delivery men from there as well. They even have this attitude when you go inside. No matter how polite and nice I am,it has not changed. I still like the pizza but I don?t order there anymore due to the customer service. It really needs tochange as I?ve heard this from several other people as well. Read more
Ok I understand prices are up, but a SMALL salad with chicken is $16.90?! For a dollar more I should have placed an order with... the Cheesecake Factory for one of their salads which are also good AND huge! The salads at crossroads are good but that is superoverpriced in my opinion for a small salad. Guess no more crossroads for me for awhile. Read more
This was my first time eating here and the food was really good!the slices were very huge .I got slices of pizza and a soda. The... person who took my order was kind and patient.i recommend this pizza place to my family and friends.i will be ordering fromthere again. Read more
