Worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve been to didn?t let me redeem my free premium sip and the one that was made taste like straight milk
The person at the counter wipe his nose with a napkin through it out and then said can I help you. I asked him for a pumpkin... coffee and he gave me sweet pumpkin coffee. I should have checked but I wasn't thinking. So on the way back from my niece houseI went back and asked them If I could have another coffee because of the sugar, which I didn't say sugar free. The women did Iwaited too long and there was nothing she could do. She said to come back tomorrow. I said I'm not from here. Then she saidsorry. It was a bad experience from the guy wiping his nose and then got an attitude when I said you really should deinfect yourhands. To the girl saying I can't replace your coffee because there are cameras and I will get in trouble. I even showed herall the coffee was there except ONE SIP. Read more

I was always a die heart Dunkin fan. Honestly within the last year, I have understand why everyone perfers starbucks. At Dunkin... it is either bad service or my drink is wrong 9/10 its both. So dissapointed. Do not go to Dunkin in any Fairfield county ctlocations. Read more
Till this day I have not received any type of horrible service from this location in particular, staff is very friendly and... always makes my order correctly without any issues but I do have to say that the only con I have against this location is thaton certain days it seems like some of the employees tend to drag their feet and take forever to make a simple cup of coffee. Why make an order app and then have to come in and tell them my order when a slip should be placed with my items and not have to... repeat my order and when given them my order number again they want me to repeat my order, I should be allowed to walk in after15 of ordering and pluck up my order with order # and name with out an interrogation, hope it gets fixed and excuses are throwninto garbage not Costomer service like it seams.
