I love Dunkin? but the worker was rude and unfriendly. I ordered a drink (which took a long time to make)and it didn?t even fill... the cup entirely so cancelled my order completely and took my business to the Dunkin'? down the street and I was able to get myorder in under 5 minutes. Read more
The service is just awful. I waited in line for 5 minutes behind only two customers, and decided to leave without buying... anything when the worker failed to acknowledge me and started doing something else after helping the customer ahead of me. Ijust wanted to buy a soda to break a bill for change to ride the bus, but I missed my bus. I would be more understanding if thepeople ahead of me had complicated orders, but it all they ordered between the two of them was a donut, a bottled drink, and aniced coffee.
