There are a number of reasons that I don't frequent places like Dunkin'. Most reasons revolve around dietary issues. Since I had... a few extra minutes and a $5 gift card, I decided to skip the DD in the bus terminal. I walked to the one on the corner of MainSt and John St and ordered what I thought was going to be a hot Chai tea not knowing that in this case, latte immediately meantespresso. The communication at this location wasn't that good. I had to repeat my order and I had to ask why the cashier whoalso made my order just left my unfinished drink sitting at the machine to go and take orders from the people in line. From whatI overheard of the staff members' conversations made it seem like they weren't setup for success and that's too bad. The drinkwas delicious but since it was more coffee than tea I couldn't finish it. Read more

This morning went inside to get a coffee and the cashier told me to go through drive thru. I went through drive thru and I see... people walking out with their orders. I visited this Dunkin Donuts and was so surprise at the level of customer service provided by Michelle. I am use to D&Ds messing... up my orders and too busy to acknowledge me, just my order. This lady was the only person working and she was holla hoopingwhile interacting with all the customers in a friendly enjoyable way. I hope D&D appreciates her otherwise she is wasting hertalent. Love this one. I live right across the road and it?s awesome having a place like this on the next block. I almost always use the... app, so I?ve never had an issue picking up anything. There are a few panhandlers in the area, so sometimes I?ll order somethingfor them and I?ve never heard of them being mistreated or made to feel less-than. Overall this location is pretty great. Theonly concern I have doesn?t involve them, but the app ? sometimes they add and remove ridiculous things. (right now, they?repushing their dark roast, so the regular coffee ordering option completely disappeared) Keep up the good work! This place isprobably the best thing about living downtown! Read more
