They are pretty slow and not the best customer service. The drive-thru is so small the cars always block the street and cause... traffic. The parking lot is not big either for the volume they have some days. From what is visible, I can say the place isfairly clean though. Since Paulette left years ago, it's gone downhill. She works with me now in finance, pursuing herdegree. I always loved her customer service and as soon as we had an opening, I referred her for the job. She hasn'tdisappointed. Word to the current employees: Whether you like your job or not, you should always perform as if you love it andwith pride. You never know if the next person in line is your future employer. I don?t usually go to DD but when I am not able to make my own coffee I will drive through this location. It is just ridiculous... how the employees there lack any sort of customer service skills! Additionally, I ask for more than two creamers for my coffeeand very reluctantly the employee at the drive through ?throws me? two more! These people need to be trained or fired! This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts I have ever been to. They completely lack any customer service. The ladies at the drive through... are very rude, they actually refused to give me expressing shots when I asked for them because they just couldn?t do it rightnow. And be aware when you order a coffee it will be mostly creamer... minimal coffee. Will not be returning. Read more
This is the worst dunkin in the area. You order a sandwhich and get the incorrect one, the coffee is never made correctly and... don't go thru the drive thru because they all have attitudes. There's a new girl younger and she knows what she doing buteveryone else hates there job Read more
You guys are great always get your coffee used to go in Star Bucks but you guys will always be my favorite.
