I don't.know what's going on over there but I just ordered scrambled eggs and home fries and went to pick it up and immediately... noticed the bag smelled like fish. When I got home and started eating my food it had a fishy taste to it. I'm so upset. How onearth does home fries and scrambled eggs taste like fish? That's nasty. Service was slow, but food was great. Disco fries are probably my favorite dish, idk what sauce they use but if you like Russian... sauce, then it'll blow your freakin mind. It's tangy but just bursting with flavor, and that's just the sauce alone. They top itwith layers of cheese and onions. I can honestly say I've never had French fries like Frankie's disco fries before. If itweren't for the slow service I'd easily give it a 4 star based off that one dish. Their other options are also generouslyproportioned so you're always going to have a full stomach with any entree. Good place for a quick bite! Read more

We left Baltimore at noon and drove 6.5 hours, 4 of them in stop-and-go traffic, on our way to Boston. We were stopping for the... night in New Haven and decided to pickup takeout rather than sitting in a restaurant. We ordered online and when we got there, alady coming out said she?d be going there for 40 years, it was awesome and huge portions! It was super late and we were driving through to our hotel and this place was open 24 which I though was awesome. Frankie?s Diner is a local, old style diner that we visited for dinner while in Bridgeport, CT. The Gyro with chicken was very... good. ?Generous portion and good price too. The Cheeseburger with Fries was average, and nothing special. ?But the ChocolateMilkshake with Whipped Cream that was made by our Server, Lori, was absolutely delicious! So delicious that we ordered a secondone and shared it! Admittedly, Frankie?s is not fancy, but if you?re looking for a nice meal that?s reasonably priced, Ibelieve you won?t be disappointed? especially if you get Lori?s Chocolate Milkshake. PS.
