Great place, great menu, super great service. This is in the heart of beautiful downtown Black Rock, Connecticut....a civilized... enclave of Bridgeport. The interior is spacious yet cozy and you feel right at home with a nice greeting from the bartender andstaff. Nice craft beer selections and a decent wine list. The food is billed as American Tapas, and the portions are large, soyou can easily order one entree each and have enough....or share, which is way more fun and allows you to try more things. Thefried chicken and avocado sandwich is outrageously good, as is the planked salmon. Dessert is off the charts (try the breadpudding). Come here, over and over, to check everything out. Read more
The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly, and the food is soooooooo good. I tried a few things. The Baja fish tacos were... okay. The smoked wings(both flavors), were the best smoked wings I've ever had!!!! The shrimp po boy was realllllllly good. Themaple glazed salmon was also good. We also tried the chicken and waffles. The waffle so nice and fluffy. Omg! I forgot to take apic of it before. The only pic i have is the empty plate AFTER,lol. Francisco was my server. Interesting experience. Dining alone, sat at bar, quick attention, then....delay! Got glass of Chardonnay, ordered Eggs... Florentine, not on menu, they offered traditional benedict or crab option. Eggs were amazing, accompanying home fries not so.They were smoked, I hate smoked...only complaint they should indicate 'smoked home fries'. Searched menu, no referral to it. Iwould have requested a different accompaniment. Read more
Ok let's talk about it. BRUNCH WAS F'KING AMAZING. I was Mimosa Wasted. Jackie was our waitress and she was beyond fantastic.... Haven’t been here in a few years due to Covid, went back today for my husband’s birthday and the brunch was amazing!!
