6 out of 10 times my order is not correct and today it took 20 minutes to receive my takeout order, mind you it was an $18... order. I truly feel they lack management. Everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I saw 2 peopleleave the restaurant due to no one being at the front cashier. For management to expect the cashier to run drive thru ordersmakes zero sense to me. It's time to take my business elsewhere. Read more
Update: was torn down and rebuilt. Modern facility now has much better service than in the past. Drive thru very fast and... efficient. Used to be worst place to go for fast food, now I don't mind driving thru. Haven't been inside. Read more
Ever since they rebuild that McDonald?s the service is horrible! When you go through drive-through they are constantly getting... your order wrong. And they make u park to wait forever for u food. A lot of the times the bread taste stale. I stopped going fora while and I figured let me try this time. Maybe they got their act right. Nope yet again my breakfast was ready my drink waswrong which was fine until I had to park and 5 cars passed me before I got my one drink ???? officially done with this location. Read more
This burger was good !! The French fries were burning my tongue as I ate them ! Like I said the burger was good because it was... prepared fresh I order a sandwich without onions therefore they make it when I order it a little secret if you guys don?t likeall the ingredients , Or you would prefer them to cook it when you or it ? Request a special ingredient to be added orsubtracted from the burger and they will prepare it fresh 1000 Calories added to my consumption today It would also appearthat they stopped using Heinz ketchup packets and now they manufacture their own ketchup it was pretty good , My first timedining at a McDonald?s in three years I?m not sure I will revisit this establishment but once in a while , because of thecalorie intake This location has been recently renovated because of a fire the roof got fire and they had to rebuild theestablishment looks great nice and clean Read more
Never order coffee through drive thru, it's never made correctly. The new parking lot design has made everything a lot harder.... Also this location is understaffed, today I've been waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes, which is making me late. The staffhere are great, management not so much. Read more
This location was super clean. Bathrooms are clean. The staff were super friendly and super helpful. If I lived in the area I... would definitely come back. The only negative thing is that my caramel macchiato was not well made. Read more
They just revamped and remodeled this mc's into the brown, more adult looking storefront. It's much more mature looking. They... upgraded to a drive-thru which is always better. Especially because this particular spot always had drive-through trafficblocking main street. Seems to be glowing more smoothly. I ordered cookies and a milkshake. The cookies were a little overbaked and cold. I wish they would keep their cookies warm (all McDonald's, not just this one). Milkshake was good but theydidn't ask me if I wanted whip cream (which I didn't) and it was on it. I don't know why they ever started doing that ... Read more
