Honestly this place used to be heat, Now the foods beat. Hit the drive thru at midnight got a burrito it wasn't rolled, just... kinda smashed in the bag and looked genuinely stomped out. Used to be a great spot now they just handle your food howeverespecially if you use the drive thru. Read more
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in Bridgeport! Drive through experience is horrible, employees are extremely slow and lazy. Went... there tonight, the guy in the drive through told me to wait before the window I instantly said no! To myself so I drove up andthey were all on their phones and sitting around while there were 4 cars waiting for food. They have no work ethic all and quitefrankly should be fired! If I could give them no stars, I would. You have to wait FOREVER to get your order here. At least an hour. They love to waste... time arguing with fast food delivery drivers and doing God knows what else. PLEASE boycott this Taco Bell location. There's onein Milford, CT (Devon area) which is not too far from here. That's your best bet for Taco Bell if you live in Trumbull,Stratford, Shelton, or Bridgeport. It's your only bet for that area if you're asking me. Read more
If I could leave a negative score I would! We ordered a STEAK chalupa combo (2 chalupas and a taco) and we got 3 BEEF tacos. We... received a Pepsi instead of a root beer. The steak quesadilla wasn?t even melted or together. The ?nacho Bellgrande? with EXTRABEEF there was no extra meat or the onions added at all and i make better at home nachos than this is just chips withlettuce! Aside from the disappointment and wrong items, there were many up charges we gladly paid for but then didn?t receive.I get that it?s Taco Bell, but this is seriously ridiculous. Would give 0 stars if I could. 1st a lot of times you are waiting way longer then you should for fast food. 2nd multiple times... now i have been there at 830 (WHEN THEY OPEN AT 8) for them to tell me they werent open yet. Lunch crew is slightly better, butthe people working there for breakfast are borderline incompetent. Communicate with customers, pay attention to whats on ordersand OPEN ON TIME.
