The tasty yolk lives up to it's namesake! Very happy with the service and the quality of my morning breakfast sandwich here.... I've been patiently waiting to try what they have to offer. Next time I look forward to trying the chorizo or the steaksandwich, for sure. At any rate, the prices are from $5 to $8. I got the Pig which is a bacon, egg, and cheese ($5). I wasoffered their green sauce and hot sauce on the side - they also sell those by the jar at $7. I usually go with mayochup on mybacon, egg, and cheeses but the green sauce here gave the sandwich a nice kick. Also, they came with the crispy bacon, perfectlycooked eggs, and the crazy soft bun action! Definitely check them out. Just tried the Fatone with spicy aeoli. . . Banging!Fresh. The grilled smash potato had other people wanting my food - period. The Slenderizer was also fresh, got, and delicious.Maybe I'll ask for some green sauce on the side with it next time. Surely this food truck is very well known to the people of the area. I was passing through on a road trip. Thanks to the... comments and ratings of other people who write their experience with food places, it is that I stop for breakfast here. It wasgreat because it was VERY cold and I was bringing my pet with me, so I wouldn't have been able to stop for breakfast at arestaurant. Here, I got out of my car, made my order (which by the way was difficult to choose because all the options lookedreally good), my pet was calm because he never lost sight of me, my order was ready in five minutes and very comfortably andwarm I was able to have breakfast in the car and then continue with my trip. The sandwiches are very tasty, the prices are veryaffordable and the service is fast. What more can I ask for? Read more

I just had a bacon and egg sandwich as well as a loaded potato with bacon, Pico de gallo and topped with a fried egg. Ate half... of both before this review. The food was hot and very fresh, as I watched the chef cook my food. The service was great and veryfriendly. My order was prepared quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to try and would go again. The price point isright in the middle and very affordable. Great food!!!! Read more
