The ladies there are always so nice when I order at the speaker and they don't talk so fast. They have always been pleasant and... polite and I've gone at least twice each month for the past 4 months. They had my orange cream shake looking bomb too! Onlycomplaint is they have forgotten my side of cheddar cheese cup like twice but their good customer service makes up for that. Read more

Rude woman working the window earlier!!! She misunderstood my order and I was sitting there saying sorry I thought I ordered it... and she started pretty much threatening me saying I snatched a straw outta her hand. Was here during the lunch rush and only had one car in front of me in the drive thru. Food was good. The Large beverage (not... Arby?s branded) cup WILL NOT fit in your cup holder. I specifically ask for ketchup packets and it was not provided in the bag.This establishment proudly serves Coca Cola. Read more
This location will not get another visit from me. First off, why are my curly fries lukewarm at best? My roast beef was just as... lukewarm. The only thing that came out hot was the cup of cheddar sauce I order on the side! In conclusion, why in the HELL ismy cup of cheddar sauce hotter than my fries and roast beef sandwich!???? Read more
Everyone that works here is very nice, friendly and fast. Even when there is a line of people inside or in the drive thru. Of... all the fast food places in Bridgeport, this is our favorite place to go. They rarely, if ever, make a mistake. And if they do,they fix it with a smile and a pleasant attitude.
