Great place to grab a bite before hitting the road. Owner/manager was fantastic. Spoke to us like she knew us. Really happy to... hear about the tenure of some of the people that work there. Speaks well of the owner/manager. Read more

I had their Greek Salad the other day and it was diminished in quality. The salad was fresh enough albeit small ... Unfortunately, the dressing was just awful and there was hardly any pita. Big Boy in Bridgeport is really going to have to stepit up now that there is new competition in Birch Run. I'm not convinced that they are up to the challenge because the food isonly moderately good, and their hours are unpredictable. It's like they stopped trying. Read more

This has been a Michigan favorite for years. They've managed to emerge from the covid times in pretty good shape. The menu has... the typical Big Boy favorites. Please enjoy this treasure, it's a Bridgeport landmark. Read more

This was an excellent stop. Haven't eaten at one of these in years, but was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly. We were super excited to go to Big Boy?s it had been many... years. So disappointing. Evidently due to lack of kitchen help, everything is served in/on paper and plastic. I am not sure whylack of help impacts food but they were out of a lot, too much to list all of it, Salad, shrimp, onion rings, Chicken TortillaSoup, mozzarella sticks, kids menus (?), chicken wings, chicken strips, oyster crackers?. Granddaughter had a shake that wasserved in a small paper cup, Chicken Parmesan was served on a paper plate, Big Boy and Fries were not fresh and barely warmserved on wax paper and Stuffed Pepper Soup had zero flavor and you could tell was not fresh. Our server was Ann, she was the only server on so I understood how busy she was she got us everything we needed and let us know... if she needed to come back to our table. It was my first time going to Big Boy in a while. The last time I went was probably prepandemic, I'm always a fan of diner food. Their menu was smaller than usual most likely due to covid so there were a few thingsthat I missed. I started off with the jalapeño poppers those were delicious and I also had the cabbage soup. The cabbage souplacked flavor was not a big fan and will not order again. Then I had the breakfast Quesadilla it was pretty good. No problemsthere and my friend had the fish sandwich which she enjoyed. We also shared a chocolate fudge sundae and I always love that. Thecake wasn't as fluffy as I was use to but the flavor was still lovely. Follow me on Insta: lexi_409 Read more

This is my first time in a Big Boy Restaurant. I have to admit the fried shrimp was great. The cocktail sauce seems to be home... made and very good. Limited seating available but I didnt have to wait to get seated. I recommend this place. Next im trying theburgers. Read more
