Tried to get take out but they messed up the order. We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We got to the window after... ordering our burgers with no ketchup or mayo. Upon getting to the window my husband asked if they were without ketchup or mayoand they were not as we ordered them. The women at the window was going to ask the kitchen if that's how we ordered it. I ordermy food like this where ever we go. We paid for this food and we could wait no get. Needless to say we did not receive our foodor a refund. Fast food means fast food. Not over a 30 minute wait then being disrespected by one of your employees. Read more
I believe there was a man speaking Hebrew to himself as he tore a piece of chicken into tiny little shreds. I'm not sure if he... actually ate any of it. There was a very impressive bathroom with status markers on the stalls to show if they were occupied ornot. The faint echoes of a rap song played while I tried to see if it was worth waiting for a stall to open or take my chancesat the vertical wall toilet. I was glad to see there was also a place to dispose of all of my hypodermic needles, as the cupholders in my car really needed to be emptied. Read more
Went through the drive thru and ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and fries. Looked in the bag, didn't receive the fries. Got... the fries, pulled away, and then saw I received a grilled chicken sandwich! The guy in front of me had to tell them they forgothis drinks! Total incompetence and they weren't even busy! The food was great and the customer service was good. It was a little busier than usual so the available tables needed to be... cleaned we had to sit at a dirty one. But overall it was a good experience and will stop by again. I voted 4 stars out of 5because of the dirty table factor and when it slowed down no one came out to clean them off which is not normal for thisparticular Hardee's. Read more
I was totally excited to visit Hardee's since they are very rare in Michigan. In fact this is the first one I've seen in well... over 10yrs... The service was good and quick... but the food was atrocious. Every single French fry was broken in half... and mywestern burger had a dot of BBQ and 2 tiny onion rings covering it... horrible burger terrible fries = bad eating experience???? Read more

I haven?t eaten here since they opened and the food was ok. Today I though Hardee?s sounds good. I used to love the frisco... burger. I ordered that with ketchup and Mayo only. It was over $10 for a medium meal. It was terrible? as you can see it hadtomatoes on it. No ketchup and the burger was cold and the bun was terrible greasy. It looks like they just put butter on it. Ithought they were ?grilled?. Frys we?re ok. I will never go again. It was the worst burger I have had in a long time!! Read more
Food was good when we stopped but service was SLOW. I am understanding of businesses' struggles when it's busy and there may be... staffing issues. However, during our stop (11/27 dinner time) it wasn't busy and there were quite a few workers just standingaround looking as if they didn't know what to do. It appeared to be a management issue.
