Yummy pizza! I've never had issues with this place until today, Valentine's. I ordered 6 heart shaped pizza's online for loved... ones, with the impression that pepperoni was on it, as that's what has been advertised. Hours later I spoke to my loved ones andrealized they had no toppings, and the pizza was plain and not very appetizing. Called the location, they refused to assist, asit was "my fault" for not selecting pepperoni as the topping, and also for it being after some two hour limit for complaints. SoI emailed the complaint department, and within an hour I received a full refund from the district manager. I wasn't trying toget my money back, I just wanted an apology or maybe a coupon, but after getting no where with the location manager, that's whenI went further. Due to Hungry Howies district manager making this right, I will be back again, as they do make good pizza andI've never before had an issue with my orders. Thank you Tammy Dearing. ???? Read more

Just wanted to say thank you to the manager tonight. I ordered a pizza earlier today and wasn't pleased with the extra sauce on... our pizza. I just called to let them know that there was so much sauce that we could not eat it. The manager was awesome!Completely understanding and offered to make and deliver a brand new one without all the extra sauce! :] I didn't even have toask, she was a pleasure to talk to. I havent had Hungry Howies in a long time and I really enjoyed it. They delivered to our hotel room, which was very convenient.... Almost everything was perfect, except for the cucumbers on our greek salad. They were so old and transparent they could havebeen pickles. Not the end of the world because my wife doesnt like them, but I would have enjoyed them. I would stillrecommend them to anyone staying at the Baymont. Read more
