You were probably under staffed but we went inside to order and nobody had come up there until another customer got an... employee's attention and they said that the lobby was closed... so why weren't the doors locked? We ended up going through thedrive thru and there were only two vehicles in front of us yet we waited about 10-15 minutes just to place our order and once wehit the speaker we were told it would be a moment which isn't an issue but it's frustrating. Slow, but even worse, the burgers were absolutely awful. Dry, cold, tasteless. We were down the freeway entrance ramp before... we could tell. Out of nearly all pop, even coke. Only positive were the friendly women working the register andwindow. Didn't finish our food, was so gross. Read more
Food is always gross, barely edible. Extremely long wait times. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. We live in the area and every... now and then I give this place yet another shot. Always disappointed. Read more
Basing my review strictly off the fact that I was in line for over 10 minutes on Monday 7/18 around 2pm, and not one person even... acknowledged me or my two sons. However, the people in front of me were getting exceptional service. Dropping fresh fries anddropping fresh nuggets, customizing sandwiches and making lemonade / Hawaiian Punch concoctions because the Coke drink stationwas out of order. Drive thru was getting in and out no problem. I will gladly go to Birch Run from now on. Read more
Stopped here and had to wait in a line because there was no one at the register, the employee had to keep being pulled to drive... thru. When we ordered and got our food my mom?s chicken nuggets werent even cooked. Apparently someone else thought someone elsecooked them?. serving frozen meat to customers is not safe. They also kept forgetting items for the people in front of us. Iunderstand that they could be short staffed but there was 6 workers at least, i feel like things should be going a littlesmoother. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. We went through the drive thru and they took so long even taking the order. I tried to order 4 for... $4 with a crispy chicken sandwich and the lady tried to say it wasn't on the menu and the chicken sandwich is a $5 meal.Whenever I go to Wendy's I order the same things so I know it's there and it was on the menu under the 4 for $4 section $1.79.Needless to say we didn't complete our order. What is this? Bridgeport, Mi Wendy's is a joke. Didn't get a receipt and won't answer their phone. Maybe if this was a Rick and... Morty Wendy's it would look somewhat close to the picture. This burger isn't ever worth Jerry's taste buds. Where is a portalgun when I need one? Maybe in a different dimension there's a Wendy's that has food that looks just like the picture. No salad at prime dinner time 5-6pm on a Saturday. I Waited half hour for 4 burgers before I called into the store from the... parking lot. Nbbn. Staff said they needed to cook all fresh meat for my order, a triple, a single and two baconators. Orderscame and went. I waited almost 45 minutes, will never return. Read more
