Pretty good cookies were a little overdone

Just went into Subway and the fist time that I have gone in and been so disappointed. Gave a two star because the service with... the first sandwich went well. But the second one got worse. First she pulled out bread and pieced it together. Then did put whatI asked for on the sandwich and toasted it in a bag. So I asked for lettuce , Mayo, and tomato. Which she said she cannot doonce it?s been toasted. So after 5 minutes of going back and forth. She finally did what I requested. Then put the sandwich backin the bag with stuff falling out of it and lettuce all over the outside of the bag. And gave it to me like that. Thankful thelook did not affect the taste. Read more

Sad my post 4 years ago was 5 stars and "good, always fast service". My family and I went there tonight and there were 2 young... girls working. My fiancé ordered a meatball sub and asked the meatballs be toasted. They did but apparently not near longenough. The meatballs were cold! I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and had it toasted, took a bite, extremely cold!!! Ithought it was decent service until one of their (I'm assuming boyfreinds) walked in and then all service went to hell. Oursandwiches were just tossed together to get us out of there.
