They almost always don't make the sandwich as ordered. Typically they do not add the extra meat and or cheese if ordered be it... by phone in, or online. They almost do not want to when you're standing there ordering your sandwich. Service isn't as bad assome places. There's one lady a manager I suppose, she's bad about it but she always has an excuse for it. Also you can't useonline coupons at this store. Read more

Always out of the good breads and some vegetables and meat.. sometimes you you get good help but then they're not there very... long and then you're back to horrible service Read more

DONT ORDER ONLINE, I never have a good experience at this location in particular. But after tongiht I won?t be ordering from... them again. First off the lady in there was extremely rude and unprofessional. The sandwiches looked like some stomped on them,they were even incorrectly wrapped (loose) leading to spillage. half the sandwich?s we ordered were incorrect, My daughterwanted pepperoni pizza but they forgot the pepperonis as well! I called to make a complaint and they wouldn?t even answer thephone. I use to love subway but I will no longer be eating here. Read more

The app is a great idea but it does no good if the location is out of several items in your order, and the order isn?t ready... when you get there, even when they had an hour to make it. The teenagers working the counter have no concept of customer serviceor basic math skills. We ordered and paid online but they were out of cookies and drinks when we got there. They refused torefund the money for the missing items and said there?s nothing they can do about it since it was an online deal. They said allthey can do is refund the entire order and ring it up without the cookies and drinks, which was higher than the online price. Or I could keep the online price and forget about the cookies and drinks. Being out of tomatoes is a supply chain issue, andthat didn?t upset me, although it seems as if a good manager would grab a few from the grocery store until the truck comes. Nothaving tomatoes on my sandwich isn?t a big deal. I can?t understand how the customer is wrong for expecting to get cookies anddrinks or a refund for them. This is the kind of service and attitude that has kept me from visiting this location for over ayear, and will keep me from coming back. The teenagers weren?t rude, just clueless. Read more

Your typical Subway. This location gets really busy at lunch. Today the line was all the way to the door. It's January though,... could just be New Year resolutioners. Plenty of tables and booths. Staff seems friendly enough. Place is clean. Again the onlydown side is that it's popular at lunch. Read more
