Came through a few days ago, Jessica I believe her name was working the drive through, I usually avoid taco bell due to people... simply not caring. However she was sweet, and took time to make sure we were happy. We had an issue with our order, and shesorted it out for us. She was patient and kind. We appreciated it. Will return. Read more

I go there for the one dollar menu. Pretty Good food for the price and service has always been good.

This Taco Bell in Bridgeport Texas is HORRIBLE!! They have NO idea how to serve people. We walk in and NO ONE comes to the... counter to help us. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE would just look at us and look the other way like if they didn't look at us weweren't there. Finally after about 5 minutes (no exaduration) one of the prep people said "we will be with you in a minute" thenno one came to the counter. Another 3-4 minutes a lady stuck her head around the corner from the drive thru only to tell us thesame thing "someone will be with you in a minute" After another few minutes she came around and took our order. No thank you noexplanation...nothing. We sat down and thought they would call our number our bring it to us, since we were the only ones there. But no after about 5 minutes (again no exaduration) I stand up look at the pick up area and guess what.....there was our order. Don't go to this Taco Bell!! It might as well be closed since NO ONE knows how to serve people there, not even the managersapparently. Read more

In store kiosk allows one to easily customize an order! Everything came out great for the food sensitive, anti-tomato, eaters.

It was more the staff than food that was the reason for this review unfortunately. We came in to order to dine in but we waited... up front for 2 of the employees who were obviously ignoring us and when we finally flagged them down they directed us to thekiosk ( Both were down so they didn't work) then proceeded to ignore us once again for a few more minutes while more customerswere coming in behind us. Finally we were approached by the manager.... who well started taking our order and then walked awayrudely while we were attempting to tell her our order...... to talk to the other two employees who were laughing and paying moreattention to a drive thru order and I'm assuming a dash order then the front.... we finally after about 20 minutes got toorder... we didn't really get to enjoy our food because of the experience but well at least they tried to make it better with afew extra tacos.. cant say my family will be returning to this location again and I would rather make the trip to either Decaturor Dallas fort worth then to come back here and would not recommend this location to anyone. Ordered $50 worth the food for my family. The taco party pack was the ONLY decent thing besides none of them or any of the extra... tacos we had came with any cheese at all, my bean & cheese burrito add extra cheese was OLD DRY beans not even edible with NOcheese at all. I asked for a beefy 5 layer extra sour cream extra nacho cheese as thats how i always get it... There was barelyany meat it was literally like a sour cream burrito. FULL of sour cream & nothing else but a few meat pieces. My 1 year old hada cheese roll up... That was dried up with little to no cheese.. Also got a crunch wrap which ill post the picture cause it selfexplains. On top of all of this the guy in drive thru was extremely RUDE & rushing us to order. I drive a HOUR to this taco bell& this is VERY disappointing. Will never be back to this location. Read more
