Usually my food and service are awesome from Bob Evans Bridgeport WV Today that was not the case I called the store over a... DoorDash delivery I ordered a half a salad, and half a sandwich and banana bread I received just that no silverware, no napkins,no salad dressing, no butter the 1/2 sandwich was sad?dried out, missing ingredients, the salad looked fine and the banana breadlooked fine when I called the restaurant they took my name down to give me free food next time??that?s all I can do? said thenameless female on the phone so I can either eat the salad as is?wait until i get home to use my own salad dressing or????? I have been to a lot of Bob Evans restaurants and this one has been the worst. Service was very slow, ordered breaded chicken... breast and got honey chicken, mashed potatoes were cold, never got my soup or dinner rolls. Waiter seemed like he had clue as towhat he was doing. The food is always very good and the wait staff are always kind and very good at their job. There is a wide variety of food to... choose from. There is sometimes a little bit of wait for your food but it's not too bad. Prices are very reasonable. Therestaurant is also always clean. Read more

You can order breakfast anytime. They offer specials and senior portions.. The staff helps each other in regards to things like... refilling drinks. Their prices are reasonable and their food is above average. I have eaten at Bob Evans since the lastcentury. Read more

We ordered 2 Holiday celebration platters on thanksgiving for a take out. Got back home to find that there was no corn, no... cranberry relish, a frozen apple pie which is still frozen and cold instead of a pumpkin pie.
