Honestly I?ve been to this location many many times with a smile on my face every time, but tonight was not it? we got there at... 8 party of 5, two adults 3 kids? simple order cheese fries for app. 3 kids bbq wings and order of 10 wings with street tacos?waited 50 mins for our food? mind you not super busy either? then watched 2 people get sat and eat food that was sat AFTER us..alway stay pleasant even tho I?m very upset at this point? had to ask for forks? had to ask for napkins .. had to wait 10 or somins for price check on beer? had to things on our order that was messed up? had to be fixed.. the disappointment on our facewas very clear and never saw a manager until we were paying? the most disappointing thing was the cheese fries? they put TWOpieces of sliced American cheese on the fries and microwaved them? :/? bill was 86$? needless to say not a good time and willbe taking a break from them for a good while? Good service & atmosphere for a sports restaurant. Needs more food options to be considered a 3 star restaurant or above on... Google. Nachos were not good, very light on the cheese, light on the toppings. Everything on the menu is overpriced for what youget. Read more
Ok so, this is a very nice environment and I enjoy coming out here every Thursday for their BOGO boneless wings and grabbing... drinks with the gang. Staff is super chill and get the orders right every time so I always tip well. My only concern is wheneverI get my wings, they're lukewarm at best, often times cold. The wings and sauce taste really good, no complaints there, butthey're never hot. Other than that, love the place. Read more
I'm gonna be honest the best part is hanging out with a group who comes with you. The wings are as basic as wings can get and... only a few flavors are actually as good as you would hope. We went for my nephew's 12th birthday. (They don't, or at least didn't, sing or bring home dessert or anything.) Our server... didn't bring us the change from our bills, paying with cash. (She brought the dollars, but rounded down and literally "kept thechange.") The food hasn't failed us at this location (Bridgeport, WV) and we plan to continue to go back. Read more
