I put one star because it wouldn?t let me leave a review if I didn?t, honestly NO STARS. The hostess was very rude. We were a... party of 6 with 3 kids she put us in the middle of the restaurant we asked to be moved she got rude! And snippy! Then we finallygot to sit down and waited over 25 minutes for the waitress to introduce herself and take our dink order. She didn?t come to thetable until she realized we were getting up to leave! When the rest of our party arrived they walked into the hostesscomplaining about us asking to be moved. If you don?t like your job quit. Don?t be rude to people! Read more
The food was good and the waiter was great, but the place was terribly cold. A few patrons complained about the temperature but... to no avail. It is difficult to enjoy your meal when you are so uncomfortable because of the room temp. Read more
we got delivery to our hotel from this specific location of ihop and it was just not fresh. hash browns were hard. eggs and... pancakes were cold. they gave us no syrup for our pancakes.. just not a good experience. although, the man that door dashed itto us was very nice! Read more
Very clean environment. Our first experience was not great in regards to food and the cheese sticks were over cooked, almost... burnt, my breaded chicken didn't have much flavor, the broccoli was hard, and the Mac and cheese was bland. The secondexperience we had breakfast and it was delicious and our server Marsha was outstanding. She was very personable, attentive,thoughtful by putting the whipped cream for my pancakes on the side as well as my cheese sauce for my omelette. Good thing shedid because I don't like those two things and forgot to tell her. I witnessed Marsha taking care of many things in the diningroom and instructing other staff a few times. She had everything together and you could tell she had a lot of pride for her job.I told Marsha she should be a Manager. She told us she was currently a Trainer and hoped to someday be a Front House Manager. Wewished her well in that endeavor because she certainly deserves it. Read more
Food was OK. Server was attentive and polite. We were on a tight schedule for hospital lab appointment. Food was late, 30... minutes from order to served. We had to eat rapidly and wife had to use to request go box. There were very few customerspresent. Doubtful of either of us returning. Read more
