Always love going to Sheetz. I ho everyday when I work.
About a month ago, my family and I had gotten various different foods from behind the counter. That following day we were... dealing with food poisoning because of what we've ate. Several other people we know who have ate there around the same time hadto deal with some form of food poisoning or stomach issues. Also, no one seems to be properly taking care of the areas aroundthe gas pumps. The especially with the window cleaning stuff, there was a time that I stopped by and the fluid was green,because someone poured a drink or something in it. Then there's time it's empty. Read more

This is not for the store, they are awesome and made a mistake as we all do. Unfortunately my mother has pancreatic cancer and... cannot process meat so I get her a cheese sub twice a week. It was completely melted into the foil wrapper. Your customerservice rep who I was told to call was rude and condescending. Refusing the pictures of the sandwich, refusing return of thesandwich, refusing to replace the sandwich. All four of us are loyal Sheetz customers, or rather were. My mother will miss yourcheese subs but apparently you will not miss us. I will find her somewhere else. Wow, just wow. In this economy we are allmaking hard choices where to get fuel and food. We chose Sheetz. Thank you for letting us know we are not appreciated or needed. Read more
The one star is not for the store, you guys are great and do the best you can. This is for your Sheetz customer service number... connected and representative of the Sheetz brothers. Customer rep refused pictures of toasted sandwich stuck completely to thepaper, refused offer of product being returned to the store, refused to replace sandwich. I am absolutely shocked, I have neverbeen treated by Sheetz as of my or my families contribution to all three of your stores in the are did not matter whatsoever. Myfamily and I added it up, and between fuel, cigarettes, sandwiches, salads, coffees and snacks as well as other items, ,we havecollectively spent three thousand dollars so far this year at Sheetz. The four of us. All this over a five dollar cheesesandwich that was melted into the bread wrapper. In this economy that's tanking, we have been loyal Sheetz customers, we willeffectively take out business elsewhere. Shame on you. Be better. Read more

They dont have these stores where I live, but when I am out of town I always go to Sheetz. They have everything you could... possibly need. They are not only a full convenience store they offer a full selection of hot and cold foods to choose from. Theyalso have an extensive appetizer selection. They also offer a very large selection of beer to choose from. This is definitelyyour one stop shop and their prices are very reasonable. Read more
