Food was good, but staff were argument and seemed like they hated their lives. They were extremely slow for me just ordering... the Marshall sandwich. No one was friendly. The food was awesome. Otherwise 1 star. Read more

I love and adore these people. They make wonderful food here that always feels home-cooked. There is a reason the wait is long... everything. People know this food I'd valuable! Thank you all so much! Read more

Don?t judge a book by its cover!!I do not usually eat at fast food restaurants. I heard about Tudors Biscuit World before I can... to West Virginia. But was disappointed when I saw the place. It looked like just another convenience store. Well I finallydecided to try it and wow was I surprised! The biscuit is so good! It?s flaky and fresh but not too crumbly to lose thesandwich consistency. The bacon was cooked how I like it too! I do not eat eggs and was thrilled to have a good breakfastsandwich option without eggs! Service was prompt and staff was polite. Highly recommend! Read more

My in laws were wary of eating here since it's attached to a gas station. Originally we planned to, then went to Bob Evans... nearby. Well, Bob Evans had a 20 minute wait, so my husband and I said we were walking over to Biscuit World. What could ithurt? There was a line around the lot for the drive thru after all! Well, we went inside and ordered and my in laws came in aswell. We were not disappointed! So delicious! I was glad we ended up eating here like we had originally planned. First timevisitors. Ok. On the road again early in the morning in W. VA...normally I wouldn't stop due to ..well it's W. VA. and the friend I knew... here moved for various reasons. Anyway, my go to spot for biscuits when I'm on the road is N. Carolina's Biscuitville andanywhere in GA or down south, period. So I had to stop..well I was hungry too. First this place is in a gas station. Ok. Ihave had decent food at 1 other gas station. Indian food in Maryland. So.. I'm hopeful. Went to drive thru. Long line butwas moving. Order takers seemed a little stressed and bored. For me that's below average customer service. Sighs are notnecessary. That said, I ordered a Loaded Blackberry Biscuit, Bacon Biscuit, Sausage Biscuit and an Apple Biscuit. Thebiscuits were large and looked fluffy but were not done. Bacon was partially cooked, sausage not flavorful the fried applesovercooked and Blackberry Biscuit was uninspiring. I was disappointed to say the least My suggestion at this point: Don't gothru the drive thru. Order inside if you have the time. I think timing is crucial. I went inside and spoke with AssistantManager Karen who informed me that they had a new cook who was not as attentive as they could have been. Having said that..Iwill try them again the next time I pass through the area to see if they have upped their game.. if I have the time Read more
