The food was amazing. Everything was so hot and fresh. Our waitress ?Courtney?customer service was on ?100? she was so sweet and... attentive. If I could give zero stars I would. Was there yesterday for lunch. Got home and later that evening they had charged my card 3... more times. So they drained my account. Now I have to go through all the trouble to cancel all the charges they put on there. Itwasn't just me that this happened to yesterday. Will never go back there to bad they called them last night and they said theywas just seeing one transaction. Read more
Sharing this upfront, our waiter was awesome. Young, respectful, attentive. The food was hot garbage. I ordered a medium rare... sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The sirloin was almost still alive, the broccoli was so over cooked and over seasonedthat I couldn't figure out what I disliked more. The potatoes were the correct consistency but seasoned exactly like thebroccoli. My wife ordered the chicken and it tasted like it was "cooked in lemon scented cleaner". Needless to say, we ate onebite of everything, told our super sweet server that we just wanted out of this nightmare, and he reduced our bill by $25. Wepaid it and left because of anger and anxiety. First time here. Former server and in hospitality. Came in at 5 on a Sunday. There was plenty of tables open, but waited 15 min... for our 4 top. No big. People walking in after us were seated immediately. After being seated our table was very sticky anddirty. We asked if we could have a wipe or something to wipe the table down. The host brought us a brown paper towel with aSQUIRT of hand sanitizer on it?.. okay?..Our server took our order, she was not very happy to be there. Never greeted us oranything just came to the table and we ordered. Our server had two tables. Us and the couple behind us. She walked past us 4times, to the table behind us, and asked if they needed anything. Not once did she ask if we were ok if we needed anything.Never got any refills. Even after visiting the table 4 times and on the fourth time saying excuse me, she walked away. After 45min I got up and walked out with our child and our food had finally arrived. During our 45 min the people who were seated beforeus were walking out after having eaten and cashed out. My husband asked for boxes to go. Got the check 15 min later. Never againwill I waste my time here. Not sure what the issue was- never had been here- we weren?t rude or impolite- it was weird. Picturedis a $16 meal. The chicken tenders were the ?2 for $25?. Better off going across the street to Wendy?s. $60 in the trash. Read more

This restaurant is the epitome of dining out was not offered senior citizen discount, was not offered birthday discount, or... anything else. The waitress was very rude did not know how to do her job she charged the $61 on a $27 charge never brought us areceipt ask for the manager and was told she was not there after winning 25 minutes, we ended up walking out without a receipt.Not too much when we had to reorder our food do to Salt contaminant brought out our new plates and they were covered in hotsauce. I've tried calling five times was told there was no general manager then I was told he's on a personal call during rushhour lunch. Read more
