Sandwich was cold and curly fries tasted old and dry
Staff was pleasant and prompt. My Greek gyro was very tasty, but it seemed there was a little less meat on it than the last time... I had one. I had finally gotten a friend to go but her chicken nuggets were not fresh. I told the manager who gave my friend anew fresh batch immediately. Overall a good experience. Read more
Didn't have to what to order. But fonten counter was filthy windows was dirty Rost beef was not hot.
Just got home from the drive through to find out our large fries were only the small size in the large packages and all thrown... in the same single medium bag packed full with absolutely no care. The people were rude in drive though on top of everythingwhen you're not even busy. I used to work backline and management at another location for 3 years and this is the worst serviceI've ever seen. Drove up to the ordering board and was welcomed but wasn't asked if I was ready to order. All they said was "welcome." We... ordered and then pulled around to the window and when they handed me my receipt I didn't know that they had put my credit cardin it, so it fell to the ground. I have never had anyone hand me my credit card back like that. Read more
Had to repeat our order multiple times, they forgot some of our order, not unusual for fast food places, they were a bit rude... when we circled back through to get our missing food but acted a little nicer when we made it back up to the window. Honestly this should be a much better restaurant considering its only arby's in the area and they consistently close early mess... up orders and have no kindness to customers.
