Horrible customer service. This was my 1st time ordering from this location. I pulled onto their parking lot and ordered from... the app. When my order was ready I clicked here and the lil timer started, then I noticed it had stopped. I looked around no onewas coming with my pizza. A couple minutes later I saw the delivery car leave, thinking they might have my pizza by mistake Icall the store. And I was basically told she was too lazy to look on the other parking lot. She finally brought my pizza outafter I pulled around, she didn?t put it where I asked and then she yelled ?I gave you extra stuff, you?re welcome? She gave mean extra ranch sauce, a whole .70 cent and I should be grateful, where?s my free pizza since you didn?t bring my order out ontime? Read more
Used app...ordered gluten-free... went to pick up. Told it would be 10 minutes more. Then told they didn't have gluten-free... crust. C'mon guys! (I know first world problems, but still). Bought a GF pizza at Schnucks for half the price. Read more
They didn't make the pizza I ordered and when I got it the thing was so undercooked it was limp, I stupidly ate it anyway and I... got food poisoning. When I ask for just the pizza to be refunded they wouldn't help me because "I didn't bring the pizza backwithin 2 hours" I was stuck on the toilet for over 8 hours how am I supposed to bring back a pizza that made me violently ill?Since I can't get my money back for that pizza I'll just do a charge back for the entire order, I just wanted the pizzarefunded, the rest of the order was fine but they won't give me that money back so I'll just take the entire order back. I just tried to call to speak to a manager because my boyfriend was picking up a pizza and had a coupon, I entered it online and... it took me to the next screen and I didn?t see a change in the total so I gave it to him to bring and they said they couldn?t doanything cuz it wasn?t in the system. The lady that picked up the phone asked me what I needed to talk to a manager for and Itold her I didn?t want to repeat myself and then she got back on the phone and said since I wasn?t going to say what it wasabout ,that the manager was making pizzas and I?ll have to wait. While I waited my boyfriend came back home and no one helpedhim with the coupon he had. I?m not sure why the chick on the phone didn?t jump on the line for her to take the call superunprofessional.
