Temp closed on and off for the past 3 months with most of the time being completely closed. There will be two white sheets of... paper on the side doors telling you that it's temporarily closed for the time being. No dates or times given. So wouldn't wastethe time or the effort trying to get to this one. Read more
Had a delivery today from this location. The pickup instructions set by the restaurant say to pickup the order inside. Last time... I came here, I was able to do just that. So today I park in the lot and make my way to the door. As I try both entrances, 3 carspull i the drive thru. Entrances are locked tight, so I made my way to my car when 2 more cars pulled into the drive thru.Unfortunately, I will not be waiting in a 30 min drive thru for a pickup that?s probably ready. The fries are always fresh/Hot. The shakes are sometimes melty. I love the big straws for the shakes usually for us the shakes... are delicious. The medium fry is really small. Can you stop screwing with the Chili 5-Way? It went from being in a somewhat acceptable sized container to a soup cup, and... there's no way it holds the same amount of food. This is about the 3rd time Steak N Shake has downsized the 5-Way over theyears, and it's legit half the size it originally used to be. Now it looks to be about 25% less than it used to be since thelast downgrade, it's not worth the price at all now. You should either stick it back in the last container you used or lower theprice because there's no way I'm ordering this any more otherwise. Read more
