I don't understand what is going on here. I have been to this location 3 times and each time they make my hot drink iced. My... most recent visit I gave my order to them directly thinking that my drink would be hot if I didn't order on the app but I waswrong. This last time, unlike the others, she offered to remake it but I don't trust that so I'll just give it to someone andmake my own coffee. This will be my last time here. Read more
I'm here now at 9:30 the place supposedly closes at 10. The door is locked, the open sign is on. Which is it. Workers are less than friendly. Often out of several items. Short lobby hours. Overall it has really gone downhill, sadly... enough. side note: I think it's annoying that if you order two quarts of ice cream instead of one you have to pay a penny more.It's 7.99 for a quart and 15.99 for two.
