I don't understand what is going on here. I have been to this location 3 times and each time they make my hot drink iced. My... most recent visit I gave my order to them directly thinking that my drink would be hot if I didn't order on the app but I waswrong. This last time, unlike the others, she offered to remake it but I don't trust that so I'll just give it to someone andmake my own coffee. This will be my last time here. Read more
I'm here now at 9:30 the place supposedly closes at 10. The door is locked, the open sign is on. Which is it. I was going to go... through the drive thru but some guy is just standing there outside his car at the window. I think I'm done here. Edit: I'm hereagain not even 9pm the place is closed. Workers are less than friendly. Often out of several items. Short lobby hours. Overall it has really gone downhill, sadly... enough. side note: I think it's annoying that if you order two quarts of ice cream instead of one you have to pay a penny more.It's 7.99 for a quart and 15.99 for two. I walked in here this morning and could not decide what I wanted. The 2 young ladies who?s name I forgot to get and young man... Jerry were so patient, polite and helpful. They recommended me a Signiture Caramel Craze latte with extra caramel, bacon omeletbites and coffee roll. So delicious. Would definitely come again. Read more
Morning staff are ALWAYS super unprofessional. They act like class clowns at school. Talk to customers in a ruthless way. The... store manager has to be just like them or has no store presence because just my 2 or 3 visits a month are always a nightmare.They are always so rude. Read more
They keep this place cold inside on purpose I believe to discourage you from staying inside. There is a drive-thru which is... good but the parking lot needs to be repainted so people realize that the spots are not in front of the store. Read more
