the food is nice and tastes so fresh, the complementary bread sticks are delicious, the place is really nice and comfortable for... lunch, and the staff are so friendly. my only comment would be that the food needs slightly more seasoning for my taste. Read more
Lahaina was phenomenal in my time there she so politely assisted an elderly couple with their food and seating, and a special... needs individual with their food needs. I love Fazoli?s & have been coming to this location for a while now. Ordered from their app, picked up my food & went home. Open... my pizza to find a piece of hair BAKED into the side of it ???? Picture below.... went back to have it remade. Lady there was sorude about it as well. Not even a sorry for it?? And zero compensation for having my food ruined and having to drive back theretwice.
