First time trying this establishment, my son recommended it to me, said they had good burgers, and large portions so I decided... to try them for myself. He was right burgers were large enough for me to be full with 1/2 of, save the rest for lunch the nextday. I would have given them 5 stars except I felt for almost $5 an order, they could have given more onion rings, which werebtw, delicious, some of the best I've tasted. I love the atmosphere. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The food was great and best of all, I did make some new friends.
Quiet little place that makes you feel at home. Food was unbelievably amazing and bigger then I expected. Staff was extremely... friendly and even offered a yummy shot after our lunch. We will definitely be sharing our wonderful experience and we will beback soon.... they gained some loyal customers today. Read more
I would have gladly given this place more stars, but covid has sent everyone into a constant panic so for lack of covid measures... and precautions I can't give more. My son and hubby loved the bacon cheeseburger, and I got the greek salad with gyro. I likedthe thickness of the meat slices and the taste was great,. Hubby's burger was seasoned well and looked delish. We ordered onionrings and they were also very well done, truly yummy! I can't ignore the place was not observing covid rules for restaurants atall. Server had no gloves or mask. Every table that could be sat, was and there was no social distancing. I will be back, but,not until I feel safe doing so. 1st time visiting. What a great little place! Clean and friendly owner and staff. The food we ordered was excellent! I got the... shrimp cocktail and the shrimp we're giant (closer to a prawn than a shrimp) and we're nice and refreshing and the cocktailsauce was really good; not too spicy, not too sweet. The o-rings were good, I only wish they were hand-dredged rather thatpre-coated but nonetheless, they were cooked properly, not greasy and tasted pretty good. My wife ordered the mini gyro. Mini? Hell no! It was gyro meat, cheese (yes cheese) delicious tzaziki (nice and thick and packed with flavor) and toasted between 2slices of Texas toast! TEXAS TOAST!! THIS WAS A HUGE SANDWICH!! For under $8, this sandwich is a super great deal. Thetoppings on the side for this sammie was tomato, more tzaziki, onions, jalapenos and peppercini. Fish was salty AF I gotta teach them. But I still love the atmosphere. They did forget I was even there this time cause I went... to bathroom after ordering and I sat in seats further back. Annoying thing was no apology or discount. They just said oh weforgot u were here we thought ud left. I dont know how seeing u brought me the drinks after I got out the bathroom... wow.. This was on a slower night but not the same staff I'd seen my first visit. Thay was Stanley cup night and they werestupid busy. But had amazing service that night. Read more
Ohhh man, friends. This place is amazing. Yes, it's pricey, but MAN do you get alot of food. For instance, My burger was 18... dollars, but you can make 4 meals out of it. (!?!) delicious food, super friendly staff, nice ambiance, you can't go wrong withthis place. But be prepared to take home leftovers! Read more
Attempted to visit Friends twice before, but was always unsure how much of a "restaurant" they were. The seating is limited,... unless there is more somewhere I didn't see which is possible. They run the front with a bartender/server. What I could see onecook, a lady at that. (which I love to see) No complaints here, bartender/manager? was on his game pre bussing and having tableswiped down as soon as the table was checked out and gone. Let's talk food. OMG!! First things first, we WILL be back!! Theburger... all I had was a single and it is MASSIVE one pound!! I like a good chair broiled burger, but for being a flat topburger phenominal. Steak fries!! And the wings, come breaded or non can be bought individually. DELICIOUS. Kids pizza is thebest kids pizza I've had ANYWHERE and if you follow me you know we are a family that likes to eat so we know. Great place. Read more
