I ordered through the drive through. 3 egg. Rolls and 2 tacos. I was asked to pull to the front of the restaurant even... though there were zero other customers (drive through or dine in) ... I. Sat. Outside for 15 mins before I went in to find outthe status of my order. I waited another 12 mins inside before I got my food. Male employee was rude. Egg Rolls were overcooked. Hair inside box. I will NEVER come to this location again. Side note: I just finished a 14 hour road trip and I wasso excited for some Jack in the Box. Read more

Made my burger wrong, looked nothing like the advertisement and missing food. Come once a year and I see why. Pass!

The food is ok but the establishment and employees are a zero stars. The floors are sticky, all the tables were dirty, the place... smelled like marijuana and the employees were constantly going in and outside, playing with there hair while never washing therehands before making and serving your food. I came through the drive thru when no other cars were there. I ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich meal. The order came to... $9.14. as I was waiting at the window (still no other cars around) I was asked to move my vehicle away from the window. I askedwhy and was told to make room for another car. I said there are no other cars around. The manager came to the window and got madwith me because I saw no reason to leave. She said I was being a AssH*** (Note I never said any profanity to her) and startedto give me my money back. I told her that I did not want my money back I just wanted my food. She put $5.55 cash in my hand(even though I had paid $9.14 on my card) and walked away. I honked and stated that if your going to refund my money give meALL my money. She called me an Assh*** again and stated that she would not because they had handed me a soda already. I tried togive back the untouched soda and she again walked away and called the police. I then left as the police said I would have tocontact the reginal manager to get the rest of my money and file a complaint. Read more

This location deserves more than 5 stars! After having a bad experience with the location on Washington street, I drove to this... one. The manager Gary was extremely amazing, given the circumstances. I'm very great full for him doing what he did to help meout!!! The food was amazing and Gary was hands down the sweetest person I've encountered in a long time let alone a manger at arestaurant!!! Thank you Gary for kindness!!!! ?????? Read more

I came to this location at about 3:30pm on 3/31 and was told that I could not place a order do to short staff. The only... customers they where serving where doordash orders, grub hub and any online ordering services. My problem is there where noother cars in line (I?m pretty sure because they also wanted to place a order on the spot) so why couldn?t you serve me. I feellike as long as there?s a manager, some one to work the register, and a cook, there should not be an excuse on why you can?tserve customers. I?m pretty sure this was a decision made by the manager on duty and not the owner because I know if I was theowner I would have a problem with how my business was being ran turning customers away. I get that this pandemic has caused alot of stress and people not working but turning customers away is a no for me and I will not be returning to this location. Read more
